WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

Most items shown as “Sold Out" are still available for purchase but can take up to 6 weeks to ship. You may sign up on the product page to be notified when the piece is back in stock or you may email us at info@urbanrococo.com with the subject line “Sold Out”.

CAN SALE ITEMS BE RETURNED?

HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO HAVE MY SILK NECKLACE RESTRUNG?

Each piece is handcrafted using the finest materials, with the intent that your piece be worn and enjoyed for many years. However, due to the natural wear and tear of silk, we suggest having your piece restrung every 2-3 years, at a cost of $100.00 ( plus shipping and insurance). WILL MY PIECE BE EXACTLY AS PICTURED ONLINE?

We use natural gemstones therefore they may vary in shape, size and color. Inclusions can be seen in natural gemstones and is part of their beauty. If for some reason you don’t like the particular piece you received please email us at info@urbanrococo.com.
