Returns & Exchanges

For all refunds and exchanges, a request must be made within 30 days of receipt.

• Returns must be postmarked within 7 days from return request.

• We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is damaged or otherwise unsellable.

• All requests made after the initial 30 day window are considered final sale.

• If you wish to make a return, please email info@urbanrococo.com with the subject line “RETURN,” followed by your order number.

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• A full refund will be processed in the original form of payment.
